Haron graduated from Virginia Tech in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Previously, Haron worked as a Geotechnical Project Manager at ECS – Mid-Atlantic, LLC. He started with us as an Engineer I in December 2023. Our Engineer I’s use their problem-solving skills to determine and design solutions to real-world transportation issues and, under the direction and supervision of a Project Manager, provide technical support in the planning, development, and design of transportation projects.
In Haron’s free time, he enjoys going to the gym, watching soccer, and cooking food.

T3 is excited to welcome one of its recent hires: Donovan Young!
Donovan is one of our new interns for the summer. He is currently a junior studying Civil Engineering at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He is excited to get to work with everyone and get experience working on projects outside of school!
While not at T3, Donovan enjoys playing video games, going boxing, and working on cars.

T3 is excited to welcome one of its recent hires: Victor Desnoyers!
Victor graduated from Howard University in 2023. He has previously worked with Geotechnical and Construction engineering firms before he decided on pursuing a career in transportation design. Victor is currently studying to complete the FE to continue his professional development in transportation engineering. He started with us as an Engineer I in July 2023. Our Engineer I’s use their problem-solving skills to determine and design solutions to real-world transportation issues and under the direction and supervision of a Project Manager, provide technical support in the planning, development and design of transportation projects.
While not at T3, Victor he enjoys cooking, playing video games, and going to the gym.
