T3 Design is excited to welcome Randy Boice, P.E. as Vice President in charge of Company Growth, Technology, and Strategic Vision. With a proven track record in strategic planning, business development, and leadership, Randy brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our organization. We are confident that his deep understanding of the engineering industry and his passion for driving growth will help propel T3 to new heights.
Randy comes to us with 32 years of experience in transportation system planning and design, ITS planning and implementation, and leading strategic growth efforts. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Clarkson University. Randy previously held a key leadership role at a prominent engineering company, where he successfully led the growth of the local office for a national firm over 4 years from 14 people to 35 people and increased their annual revenue from $300,000 to over $1.2M. His strategic acumen and ability to identify emerging opportunities make him an ideal fit for our company's vision and goals.
In his role as Vice President, Randy will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's growth initiatives. This includes identifying new market opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, mentoring staff, and expanding our client base. He will oversee the development and execution of our strategic plans to develop staff, foster innovation, and drive sustainable growth.
Randy is known for his collaborative approach and his ability to build strong, high-performing teams. He believes in fostering a culture of open communication, creativity, and continuous improvement. He has a solid reputation in the industry and is well trusted by peers and clients alike. He is a recognized leader in transportation in Virginia and currently serves as the Chair for the NVTA Technical Advisory Committee.
