T3’s owner and president, Amy Morris, was accepted by Goldman Sachs into the 2022 10,000 Small Businesses Program (10KSB). 

T3’s owner and president, Amy Morris, was accepted by Goldman Sachs into the 2022 Fall cohort of their 10,000 Small Businesses Program (10KSB).  For over a decade, Goldman Sachs education and capital programs have helped thousands of entrepreneurs grow their businesses to create jobs and support communities across the United States.

The 10KSB curriculum involves a 12-week training schedule to identify revenue growth opportunities and the resources needed for implementation. Each business owner develops a 5-year growth plan for their companies to achieve their objectives. Ms. Morris is grateful for the opportunity to join the program to learn how to grow T3 Design to provide more jobs and more opportunities for T3 staff while serving our clients and our community.

Erin Donovan Appointed to Board of Directors for ACEC’s Metropolitan Washington Division

Erin Donovan, T3’s Chief Operating Officer, was appointed to the Board of Directors for the American Council of Engineering Companies of Metropolitan Washington (ACEC/MW) on June 10th, 2022. She officially took office on July 1st and will serve the organization and its encompassing professional member firms until 2025 with bimonthly meetings.

I am excited to work with a diverse group of professionals to serve as trusted advisors to our clients, foster business relationships and help ensure inclusion and diversity in our industry,” says Erin Donovan.

ACEC strives to voice the needs of the Metropolitan Washington’s engineering community and the division currently has over 100 firms as members located in Washington D.C., Montgomery, Prince Georges, Arlington, Fairfax Counties and the City of Alexandria.

Erin Donovan Named to VTCA's ECLC

Erin Donovan, PE

Erin Donovan, T3’s Chief Operating Officer, has been selected to serve on the Engineering Consultant Leadership Committee (ECLC) for the Virginia Transportation Construction Alliance (VTCA) on May 25th, 2022.

She will serve a three-year term alongside two other new members: Francisco Klein, PE, PTOE, RSP21, with Klein Engineering and Kirsten Tynch, PE, PTOE, ENV SP, with VHB. Under the direction of the VTCA Board of Directors, the ECLC promotes, advocates, and advances the interests of Virginia’s transportation industry while communicating with other VTCA groups and government agencies. The committee typically meets monthly in Richmond, Virginia.

Erin is proud to support VTCA and represent T3 while serving the transportation engineering community.
